Our Story

Protocol Painting began in 2019, but our journey in the painting industry started much earlier. Inspired by a close friend's suggestion, I (AJ) discovered my passion for transforming spaces through painting. With 11 years of experience and a qualification in painting and decorating from Launceston TAFE, what started as residential painting has evolved into a comprehensive service including commercial projects, flooring, and roofs.

The People Behind the Paint

Our small but dedicated team includes myself and two skilled painters, including an apprentice who's halfway through his qualification and holds a boom ticket certification. We believe in continuous learning and maintaining high safety standards, holding certifications in:

Our Approach

"Quality over quantity" isn't just a saying at Protocol Painting – it's how we approach every project. I always tell my apprentice that perfection matters, and we treat every property as if it were our own home. Being more of a family man than a businessman, I bring a personal touch to every project, focusing on building relationships rather than just completing jobs.
